Terms of Service

This website and online store, BabyShowerDress (the "Store"), is operated by FORMLESS LOGOS LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong SAR ("BabyShowerDress", "we", "us" or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you visit the Store, create an account or buy from us. By using the Store or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to, including our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the Store.

We sell maternity dresses online for baby showers, gender reveals, maternity photoshoots and other celebrations. The Store is open 24 hours a day, except during maintenance or events outside our control. Orders are placed and paid for through our online checkout; we don't operate a retail store or showroom. Customer service is provided in writing through email at support@babyshowerdress.com or our contact form, Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Hong Kong Time (GMT+8), excluding Hong Kong public holidays, and we aim to reply within 1 business day.

You must be at least the age of majority where you live, or use the Store with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You agree to give accurate and current information when you place an order or create an account, and to keep your account access secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

We work to describe our products accurately, including fabric, construction, sizing and color. Product images are styled to show how each dress looks when worn, and some are digitally created or edited. Colors can also look different on different screens, so the dress you receive may vary slightly in shade or detail. Size charts are a guide, measurements may vary slightly from piece to piece, and bodies change during pregnancy — if you're unsure which size to choose, contact us before you order. Please follow the care instructions provided for each product.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change at any time. Shipping costs and any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by our payment providers, and we don't store your full card details. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information because of an error, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment received, even after you have received an order confirmation.

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it or otherwise confirm acceptance; the order confirmation email confirms that we have received your order. We may limit quantities, or refuse or cancel an order — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized resale, unavailable stock or a pricing error. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we'll refund you in full.

Delivery, return and refund terms are set out in our Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Discount codes, free-shipping offers and other promotions are subject to the conditions stated with them, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, and can't be exchanged for cash.

If you send us reviews, photos, comments or suggestions, you allow us to use, reproduce and display them in connection with the Store without payment, and you confirm that they are yours to share, accurate, and not unlawful or misleading. We only feature photos that show you or your family on product pages or in marketing with your permission. We may remove any content at our discretion.

The Store and its content — including text, images, graphics, logos and product names — belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may use the Store for personal, non-commercial shopping. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell or otherwise exploit any part of it without our written permission.

You may not use the Store to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, submit false or misleading information, interfere with the Store's security or operation, upload malicious code, or collect data by automated means without our permission.

The Store is hosted by Shopify, and payment, delivery and other services are provided by third parties under their own terms. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we're not responsible for their content or practices.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms or required by law, the Store and our products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Store will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Store or our products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BabyShowerDress and its directors, staff and service providers against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Store.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. If a dispute arises, please contact us first so we can try to resolve it informally. Disputes that can't be resolved this way are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong SAR. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings there where those laws allow.

We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order. We may suspend or end your access to the Store if you breach these Terms.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. If we don't enforce a right, that isn't a waiver of it. These Terms and the policies they refer to are the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the Store.
