Does this dress have straps?
No. It is strapless, with a straight neckline that leaves the shoulders and collarbones bare, and there are no sleeves. The back of the bodice is gathered with horizontal shirring in the same color. See the back view and the bodice close-up for both sides.
What is the fabric like?
Small round sequins cover the short bodice, and the skirt is soft chiffon gathered from the high waist. Under the chiffon is a short matching lining that ends around mid-thigh, with a single semi-sheer chiffon layer below it.
