How long is this dress?

Which shoulder has the sleeve?
The neckline runs from the wearer's left shoulder down to under the wearer's right arm. The wearer's left shoulder has one short sequin sleeve that ends above the elbow, and the wearer's right shoulder and arm are bare. The neckline and sleeve close-ups and the back view show the asymmetric line.
What is the skirt like?
