Fabric and texture

A soft rose pink, slightly cool with a hint of grey, runs through the matte knit of the bandeau and underskirt and the light tulle gathered over them, a little paler where the tulle is thin. The tulle is a fine, soft, sheer mesh with no shine, and the dress has no sequins or beading.

How long is this dress, and does it have a train?

It is a floor-length maxi: the knit underskirt reaches the floor, and the tulle over it spreads a little on the floor and runs slightly longer at the back, with no long train. The front, side and back views show where the hem settles. Your height changes where the hem lands, so check the length for your size in the size chart on this page.

How do the tulle straps and the back work?

Two wide tulle bands rise from the top edge of the straight bandeau and go over both shoulders, so the dress is sleeveless with a square look at the front. You tie them yourself: cross them into an X behind you, wrap them once around under the bust and knot them at the center back of the high waist, leaving two ends that fall below the hip. The knit bandeau runs straight across the back at underarm height, with the upper back showing between the crossed bands and no zipper or buttons at the back. What are the tulle and knit like?

The bandeau and the underskirt are a matte knit, and a light, soft tulle with a fine mesh and no shine is gathered over the bodice and falls from the high waist over the knit. The tulle is sheer, so the matching knit shows through it, and there are no sequins or beading. Changed your mind or need a different fit? Message us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll approve your return; you only pay the return postage.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, as long as the dress is unworn, unwashed and unaltered, with its original tags and packaging. Trying it on at home is fine. Just message us first so we can approve your return.

For a different size, send the original back and we’ll ship the new size free of charge (subject to stock).
